Drink a Glass of Water Right After You Wake Up
People are made of water. Everyone knows it, it is not a surprise. An adult's body consists of up to 60% of water. Drinking a glass of water first thing in the morning helps your body to wake up and start working. Your body was asleep for eight hours, it needs a little buster to begin its new day.
Drinking a glass of water benefits you in a
a lot of ways. Being in school is stressful, our bodies collect toxic chemicals. Water helps to release them. I drink water every morning and I love the feeling I get. The days when I miss or forget don't go as usual. I feel tired and want to eat more.

Eat One Fruit a Day
Sweets make us happy. A chocolate bar on average contains 35 grams of sugar. A medium-sized apple contains 19 grams of sugar. American Heart Association said that a recommended sugar intake for a man is 37.5 grams, and for a woman it is 25 grams (read more about it here). Without doing any complicated math, we can see that one or two fruits a day satisfy our needs of sugar.
Maybe you like to eat something sweet several times a day. Cutting an apple and eating it as a snack every several hours could be one of the solutions for you. If you like other fruits and are curious about how much sugar they contain, check out this article.

Exercise 10 minutes a day
Physical activity makes us stronger and improves our health. It doesn't take a lot to keep your body in good physical shape. Only 10 minutes a day can help you have more energy. I know that sitting in classes for several hours straight is not the most exciting thing in the world. The back starts hurting because of the uncomfortable donut-like position in front of a laptop also brings pain and discomfort.
Exercising just 10 minutes almost removed those feelings from my body and made me feel stronger. I recommend you to try it and see how it changes your daily life.
If you don't have enough time to do it everyday, start small. One or two times a week sounds doable, right? I promise that after a couple of weeks you will want to exercise more because your body will be craving it.

Take the stairs
Preventing heart disease is the first outcome of taking the stairs. You can be choosing between taking the stairs to the second floor or to take an elevator. Unless you have a condition that prevents you from taking stairs, the choice should be pretty obvious. Zig Zaglas said, "There is no elevator to success, you need to take the stairs." You want to leave healthy, it is time to start now. Taking stairs literally and figuratively can lead you to success. it can improve your health and increase the amount of energy you have.
Next time you see stairs, don't procrastinate taking them. It could be fun. I love taking the stairs on campus every time I have a chance. I like to imagine that I am climbing a mountain. I look up and see my destination that I am about reach.
You feel up to a challenge and think that you are already taking stairs, try stair climbing exercises. You need to find a fairly long stairwell and time to do regularly. Here you can read to learn more about it.
